- We can incorporate a new limited company within 24 hours, free of charge. (Usually £125+VAT)
- We arrange a bank account for your new company, free of charge.
- We arrange PAYE and VAT registration if required and look into the VAT flat rate scheme and if this is of benefit to your business.
- We provide all necessary accountancy services including all year end personal and corporate tax returns.
- The monthly fee includes ongoing advice when needed, no further fees are incurred.
- Professional fee insurance is included, so if you get a HMRC enquiry, our fees are payable by the insurance policy not yourselves.
